Recent news just released from Random House
A record-breaking 3.7 million Australians tuned in to Channel 10 on Sunday night to see Julie Goodwin crowned Australia’s first MasterChef. Random House Australia is delighted to announce that we will be publishing her cookbook in April 2010. In the meantime, we have three MasterChef related books to be published in the lead-up to Christmas.
Masterchef, Masterclass will be available in December and features loads of recipes, tips and tricks from MasterChef judges Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris and Matt Preston as well as from the top twenty contestants and from some of Australia’s best known chefs, including Matt Moran, Luke Mangan, Guy Grossi, Peter Evans and others.
In October Random House Australia will be publishing MasterChef’s judge Matt Preston’s Cravat-a-licious. Anthony Bourdain has said ‘Matt Preston is the Font of All Food Knowledge, the antidote to a world of mostly mediocre food writing, he towers, resplendent in his cravat, high above the rest. Cravat-A-Licious is funny, informative and right about everything.’
Lastly, we will be releasing finalist judge Curtis Stone’s new cookbook Relaxed Cooking with Curtis Stone in paperback in November and Curtis will be in Australia on publication.
